DIRECTIONS TO PECAN SPRINGS RANCH
FROM DALLAS: Take I-35E south for approximately 35 miles to Exit 399A, FM 876 (approximately 4 miles south of Waxahachie) and follow FM 876 staying on frontage road. Go straight thru first intersection (Exxon Tiger Mart), quarter of a mile along I-35E frontage road, then right on FM 876 (Morrison Supply). There will be a couple of forks along the approximately 10 mile stretch to the property on FM 876, stay to the left at each of the these interchanges. The ranch is on the left and is gated with a Pecan Springs Ranch sign and three flags.
FROM FORT WORTH: Take US 287 toward Waxahachie for approximately 40 miles. Next take I-35E south for approximately four miles to Exit 399A, FM 876 (approximately 4 miles south of Waxahachie) and follow FM 876 staying on frontage road. FROM AUSTIN: Take I-35 North, after you go through Hillsboro, take I-35E toward Dallas for approximately 20 miles, then take Exit 386,( Italy, SH 34), and go under the overpass to the left. This becomes LR Campbell Road. A McDonald’s and truck stop is on your right. Follow a winding L. R. Campbell Road for five miles. The ranch is on the right and is gated with a Pecan Springs Ranch sign and three flags.
